At Point2Close, we are not paid hourly, on commission, shared percentage, or receive any bonuses for our services. This reduce your cost.
All Deposits/Origination Fees are pre-paid and subtracted from the total closing fee.

Prices:
- Seller/Buyer Side Closing - $175.00
- Dual Agency Closing - $300.00
The prices above are for general closing tasks only. If you need additional services, please contact us.
We do not provide services through productivity programs such as Agent Office, Top Producer, REO Maestro, TAZAREO, eBroker House, etc while using Point2Close or another transaction management program. We will only use one or the other, not both.
